CLIENT: Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League
From 2021 to 2025, the Central Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League (TDSGL) carried out special democratic oversight of Yangtze River ecological and environmental protection in Chongqing Municipality. Fengti was commissioned to turn five years of oversight work and governance results into a data-driven narrative.
Key figures: 43 field research visits, 42 symposiums, and more than 240 issues and recommendations submitted. Water quality along the Chongqing section of the Yangtze mainstream has held at Class II for eight consecutive years. 96.6% of sewage outlets discharging into rivers have been remediated, and 7,025 hectares of mining land have been restored.

In one 2024 solid waste pollution incident, only 36 hours passed between discovery and the submission of the handling report.
